We are the local Community Resilience Team, a network of volunteers who help our community prepare for, respond to, and clean up after disasters. We also aim to help our beautiful community to thrive and connect with each other outside of times of disaster.
The Community Resilience Team works in close collaboration with a large range of community and government organisations and local businesses.
We encourage members of our community to connect with us either as volunteers, when help is required or simply to learn more about resilient and regenerative communities.

Their Facebook Group was initially set up in the aftermath of the 2022 floods to be a collection point for stories and photos and this will continue to be the case. The photos and videos will remain on these pages, especially given many are still battling insurers.
