The Bushcraft Village is a non-profit dedicated to bringing the community together through bushcraft, self-sufficiency and nature connection skills.
We emphasise low-tech, low-impact living and survival and awareness skills, supporting beginners, hobbyists, and practitioners to come together in bush settings to build community resilience and empower participants of all ages through nature-based practices and traditional skills-sharing.
We run low-cost gatherings where everyone can participate and start their journey with these skills or share their advanced existing skills with others.
We work with practitioners, master craftspeople and knowledge holders to help them reach a broader audience and build their own sustainable businesses to practice their craft as a skills resource in the local community.
As a soon to be non-distributing cooperative, we intend for a portion of our profits to get donated to indigenous education/healing organisations of the lands where we run our programs.
As a supporter, we warmly invite you and your family to participate in our seasonal gatherings or you may simply choose to financially support the village and our work. Practitioner supporters may also choose to promote their programs through our networks.
