The Paddock Project is an all-inclusive market garden located on Bundjalung land in Northern NSW, near the entrance to Mullumbimby. Utilising chemical-free, syntropic principles the Paddock Project grows fresh produce to create locally made products that are sold on-site, in addition to coffee from their popular roadside kiosk. The Paddock project also provides employment and training opportunities for people living with disabilities, helping them gain valuable skills and experiences to produce a variety of fruits, vegetables, seedlings, and flowers.
